My story…

A woman in a sleeveless blue dress standing outdoors, smiling, with a blurred green park background.

After years of battling depression and anxiety, I found solace in the kitchen. Cooking became my therapy, and pasta became my canvas. There was something meditative in the process — the rhythm of kneading dough, the mindfulness of shaping each piece by hand, the joy of creating something nourishing from scratch.

I spent years teaching myself the art of handcrafted pasta and traditional sauces, studying old-world techniques while incorporating global flavors and modern creativity. Along the way, I developed a deep appreciation for high-quality, local ingredients — sourcing from small farms and producers who care as deeply about food as I do.

Now, through Amore Pasta Company, I share that passion with others. Whether you’re joining me for a pasta-making class, picking up a jar of handmade sauce, or simply curious about where your food comes from, you’re invited to slow down, savor the process, and reconnect with the joy of cooking.

Welcome to my table.
